By allocating an agent we remove our ability to service another customer at that time frame booked. All Services are Non-Refundable once an appointment is set and Notary Public Agent is assigned. If a cancelation is honored, notice to our company must be given via email within 72 hours or less and agreed upon by management. We appreciate you supporting small business.
